These meetings will provide factual information about the scope of the project, identified facility needs, and potential improvements. Community members are welcome to attend any of the following sessions: Meeting Schedule: Wednesday, April 30, 2025 – Gresham Community Building, 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2025 – Cordova Community Building, 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2025 – Beaver Crossing City Hall, 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2025 – Centennial School Auditorium, 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025 – Waco Community Building, 7:00 p.m. Each meeting will include a presentation of the same information.
