PTO Fun Night is Friday from 6:00-9:00 PM! There will be carnival games, bounce houses, inflatable axe throwing, the Cake Walk, Junk Food Walk, and prizes! The concession stand will be open with pizza, hot dogs, and candy if you would like to have dinner at the event.
If you have children ages 0-6, please consider stopping by our Early Childhood Fun Night on Monday evening! Several community partners will be present with activities for you and your child. There will also be a raffle for free wristbands to Friday's PTO Fun Night.
If prom attendees are in York, feel free to come in at YCC to get out of the weather...no need to wait until 6PM... Stay safe Broncos!
Prom Timeline - Students can start arriving anytime after 6PM this evening. We will start getting organized for the promenade at around 6:15 or 6:20PM. The promenade will begin at 6:30PM. We will do pictures from the conclusion of the promenade until the crowning of the prom king & queen at 7:15pm. Dinner is at 7:30pm & the dance runs from 8:15-11:00pm.
Just a couple of updates regarding prom & the forecasted weather. We are proceeding as planned but are planning on the promenade being inside YCC, out of the wind & potential rain. We are keeping an eye on the weather but as of now it is looking like the worst of it will move through the area while we are at YCC & hopefully not driving to or from YCC. If anything else changes, we will do our best to communicate ASAP. We are looking forward to a fun & safe prom night!
